All interested employees must email Joel Ortiz from TIA joelo@tia.edu directly with the following information: name, email, phone number, employee ID, and indicate if you are using an Apple/Windows computer. Please send TIA the information no later than September 29th. After this deadline, registered employees will receive an email with payment instructions.  The tuition fee is based on the amount of students who register in this course. For eligible employees, please note that the course tuition must be paid up front and books are not reimbursable. Attached is information detailing our Employee Education Assistance Program and the required forms (X-810-Prior Approval Form) and (X-2692-Request for Tuition Reimbursement Form) that need to be submitted to Empower using the HR Service Request tool.  Form X-2692 is submitted only upon satisfactory completion of the course.
