For the upcoming vote to ratify the JCP&L contract extension, Brother Domenic Lazzaro has been appointed as the Judge of Elections. Appointed tellers for the election are: Caroline Conklin Tom Trautz Ray Alicata Sara Shannon Dave Stintzcum Candi Erickson Voting will be in-person only on Thursday, July 11, 2024. Voting will be held at IBEW Local 400 in Wall and the Clinton Fire House in Clinton. Hours for the vote will be from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm at both locations. Read more here.

The Local has recently signed a tentative agreement with Jersey Central Power and Light to extend the current Collective Bargaining Agreement for three years. Read more here.

The Monmouth and Ocean Central Labor Council AFL-CIO has announced its 2024 Memorial Scholarship program. Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college, university, or technical school, and be a member or the child of a current or deceased member of a union affiliated with the Monmouth and Ocean Central Labor Council AFL–CIO.
